Shipping Policy

Current availability: Pilobick is currently available for purchase via direct order by phone. It will soon be available on Amazon, Flipkart, and at medical stores. Walk-in patients can also purchase directly from our clinic/office at Foxbick, Sewa Nagar, Gwalior.

Shipping coverage: We ship across India.

Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation and payment.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Gwalior and nearby areas may receive faster delivery.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Order tracking: A tracking number will be shared via SMS once your order is dispatched.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for return: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of healthcare/topical ointments, unless the product itself is defective.

Refund process: Once a return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
