Refund & Returns Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
Eligibility for return: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of healthcare/topical ointments, unless the product itself is defective.
Refund process: Once a return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Product Behaviour — Water Separation (If Any): Pilobick is made from 100% natural ingredients — Raal, Castor Oil, Pure Ghee, and Beeswax. Being a natural Ayurvedic formulation with no artificial emulsifiers or stabilisers, some water or liquid may occasionally appear on the surface of the ointment. This is not a sign of spoilage or defect. Simply mix the ointment well before use and apply as directed — the product remains completely effective and safe to use.
